Developing an effective communication strategy begins with Discovery, including workshops, interviews with key stakeholders, and research. 

Our Communication Strategy and Plan for the Oregon Jewish Community Foundation identified key audiences, core messages, long-term actions, and immediate steps the nonprofit can take to achieve its organizational objectives. 

PURPOSEFUL AND RESPONSIVE

When the COVID-19 pandemic threw a wrench into the rollout of our “Drive Like It” campaign for the Portland Bureau of Transportation, we adapted our messaging to roll out in a two-phased approach.

My Voice Music’s summer Rock Camps had been available to the general public on a fee-for-service basis for several years, but enrollment remained low. Sheepscot developed an outreach campaign that increased awareness and enrollment among target audiences.
