Four Way Community Foundation

Established in 1975, the Four Way Community Foundation stewards capital resources in support of nonprofits in greater Josephine County.

Despite its longstanding presence in Southern Oregon, Four Way lacked name recognition among audiences that could benefit from its support. In collaboration with its executive director and board, Sheepscot fully updated the foundation’s brand, designing a new logo, revising its mission statement and core values, and developing a strategic communication plan to propel Four Way into the future.

LOGO

Four Way’s new logo depicts community in action. Two people, arms linked, occupy a circle’s foreground. Another pair stands behind them. The matching outlines suggest movement and harmony. Together, the shape evokes a bridge, inspired by the iconic, three-arched Caveman Bridge in Grants Pass.

MISSION STATEMENT AND CORE VALUES

Four Way’s new mission statement reflects its committed, can-do attitude and the variety of resources (beyond straightforward financial support) that the foundation can provide to local nonprofit leaders and organizations.

Cultivating philanthropy and nonprofit success in greater Josephine County

Local, responsive, steadfast and trustworthy: Four Way’s core values remind staff, board, donors and beneficiaries alike what makes the foundation a powerful force for investment in the future of greater Josephine County.

PHOTOGRAPHY

A photo shoot featuring Four Way’s grant recipients yielded more than one hundred compelling, high-resolution images that will be used in communication efforts for years to come.
