To position the Washington County Sheriff's Office for success, Sheepscot Creative updated its visual identity and communications outlook to more effectively evoke the office’s core values.

Extensive one-on-one interviews with staff, including the Sheriff, himself, as well as deputies from patrol, the jail and special units, informed a new logo and design system. We supplied usage guidelines to assist staff in creating new materials and to ensure that WCSO communications remain consistent across all channels, online, in print and on materials of all kinds.

Additionally, we synthesized our research to inform the development of a strategic communications plan, evaluating and prioritizing communication options to optimize WCSO’s investment of time and resources. Collectively, these assets establish a tailored strategy and tone that will govern the law enforcement agency’s ongoing efforts to deliver the best customer service in the state of Oregon.
